M Sanjeeva Raju is the Managing Partner of MSR Infraa and a driving force behind the company’s growth and reputation for quality real estate developments. With over 20 years of experience, he has helped shape MSR Infraa into a trusted developer. Before leading MSR Infraa, Sanjeeva Raju served as a Project Director at the NHAI. He also holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (M.Tech) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.

Sunitha M is the Co-founder & Director at MSR Infraa, bringing her expertise in administration, financial management, and organisational skills to the company. Dheeraj Varma Mudduluru is the Director of Operations at MSR Infraa, bringing his engineering expertise to the company. Before joining MSR Infraa, Dheeraj developed a strong engineering foundation through roles in automotive, manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Anna University.

Akshatha Rai is the Director of HR & Administration at MSR Infraa, bringing her experience in human resources and organisational support to the team. At MSR Infraa, she oversees HR operations and plays a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy and employee engagement. Before joining MSR Infraa, Akshatha worked in HR and talent acquisition roles across diverse industries, including IT services. Akshatha also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development.
