Cancellation Terms
In the event of cancellation—whether by the buyer or due to payment default—the Company reserves the right to deduct cancellation charges, forfeit amounts paid, and refund the balance as per the Agreement to Sell.

Refund Timeline
The Promoter shall refund the eligible amount (excluding statutory payments) within sixty (60) days from the date of intimation of cancellation and against the buyer having executed and registered the cancellation agreement.

Non-Refundable Payments
Statutory payments such as GST etc. are non-refundable
